From South: Take Hwy151 North (E. Washington Ave) out of Madison to Exit #100 "County C / Reiner Rd".  Take County C east (left) to Hoepker Rd (first road on the left).  Turn left (north) on Hoepker... go around a couple bends, the church is on the right. 

From North: Take Hwy 151 South to the Reiner Road/County C exit (#100). Take a right onto County C. Take your first left onto Hoepker Rd (at the new Target store). Go around a couple bends in the road, the Church will be on your right.
