Fortress
9th and 8th grade discipleship ministries
The Fortress is the deeper track ministries for 8th grade students. Held Sunday nights from 7-8p, the Fortress is a time when 8th graders meeting in gender specific small groups, lead by youth volunteers and 9th graders from the senior high program. This year, the men and women will study the armor of God . The year is then closed with a coronation service when the men and women are knighted and crowned, commissioning them to serve the next group of students the following year. Lessons are designed, taught, and implement by the 9th grade students with direction from adult leaders.
